Day 2

Yesterday was bad! Get that box of granola out of your room!!!!!! Only food allowed after dinner -- TEA!

Breakfast was good- raisin bran, grapefuit, yogurt and maybe 3 hashbrowns:)

mission for day: just fruit and yogurt and cheese ALL day.

NO ESPRESSO/MILK DRINKS AT STARBUCKS! only allowed to have TEAS!

NO PASTRIES.

LOTS OF WATER AND ICE TEA DRINKS IF YOU WANT SWEETS.

day 1: breakfast



BREAKFAST: Grapefruits and oranges, raisin bran with soy milk!

mmmmm soy milk tastes to good!

I ate within one hour of waking up too!

Goals of the day:

NO COFFEE, only tea.
NOTHING BESIDES 1 babybel, 1 apple, 1 yogurt and 1 granola bar until DINNER!

go for a run.
