day 1: breakfast



BREAKFAST: Grapefruits and oranges, raisin bran with soy milk!

mmmmm soy milk tastes to good!

I ate within one hour of waking up too!

Goals of the day:

NO COFFEE, only tea.
NOTHING BESIDES 1 babybel, 1 apple, 1 yogurt and 1 granola bar until DINNER!

go for a run.
